Work with Alex G.

Help with AaSS (Agent as Software Solution) exists, on request. Teaching comes first, and the rest follows.

Four rungs, in this order

  1. The community

Free and paid, at AaSS.community: teaching how to make all of this happen, with the rod.

  2. Consultation

Time with Alex G. to plan your own move.

  3. Custom agent solutions

Private, and on request, in two shapes.

    Customer-owned

Their API keys, their agent. They pay once, plus an optional yearly care fee (their agent picks up and merges new niche improvements as they appear).

    Hosted by Alex G.

Alex G. hosts it, runs the agent and uses his own API subscriptions, for a monthly retainer.

  4. The products lane

Packaged software. Take a general piece of software (it’s a database), put an agent into it, train the agent on it, and sell the package, in the same two shapes. This is where “Software. Builder included.” lives.

One rule across all four: both tests pass.

Even with Alex G. hosting on retainer, the data, the code and the agent’s notes stay in the customer’s name, so they can take it in-house any month. That’s what separates a retainer from a subscription.

The leaving test is a standing term for everything offered: kits, custom work, and the hosted retainer too.

  • The leaving test. Can you walk away with your data, your code and your process, without asking anyone’s permission?
  • The loyalty test. Do the agent’s rules and memory live in your files?

Teaching leads.

The order doesn’t change: the free community first, then trust, then the paid community, then custom work.
